Thanks for your interest in becoming a Lokahi Guru Distributor. To become a distributor follow these simple steps: First, please download, complete and submit a Distributor Agreement, W9 Tax form and California Reseller Certification forms.

W9 Tax Form
US Residents, please download and fill out a W9 form. A W9 form is required so that we can accurately report the payments we make to you.
Reseller certification certifies products purchased are for resale and appropriate taxes will be collected and paid. The California Board of Equalization requires that we have this document on file for all distributors who maintain a physical presence in California. If you are selling from another state or country, then this does not apply.
Note: Reseller Certification is granted by Lokahi Guru to all qualified distributors. Companies and individuals engaged in commerce in California may be required to obtain a State-issued Seller’s Permit. To register for a California Seller’s Permit, or to learn more, click here: CBOE.
